About the Director of Recruiting

Erica Schneid, Ph.D., has been active with Campion Recruiting Services for over six years.

Dr. Schneid is an assistant professor at Drew University and has eight years of experience in managing experimental design and implementation, data analysis, data interpretation, and data presentation. Managing multiple projects simultaneously has led to enhanced skills in multitasking, as well as leadership and mentoring. She has excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to translate complex research findings to various professional and lay audiences. Additionally, Dr. Schneid has several years of experience working with Campion Recruiting as a recruiter, manager, and now director. She has overseen numerous searches and is highly coordinated in overseeing the team of recruiters.

About the Executive Advisor

Matthew H. Reider, M.S., has been active with Campion Services for over sixteen years in both recruiting and consulting.

On the recruiting front, Mr. Reider started as a recruiting while in graduate school and advanced to serve as the Senior Vice President of Recruiting for over ten years, overseeing all aspects of the recruiting process. He actively keeps in touch with a wide-ranging network of successful professionals in both Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Organizational Development. Becoming more focused on consulting engagements in Industrial Psychology, he continues to support Campion Recruiting in an advisory capacity.
